Course Design and Coaching for Achieving SMART Goal

“The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) is an educational program organized to prepare graduates of undergraduate education and S1/D IV non-educational who have talents and interests become a teacher in order to fully master the competence of teachers in accordance with national education standards so that they can obtain professional educator certificates in early childhood education, basic education and secondary education” ‌(Hidayati et al., 2022 P. 28). Four supporting competencies are required in educators, pedagogic, social, personality, and professional competencies ‌(Hidayati et al., 2022 P.29). These competencies must be trained so that educators can carry out their roles and duties effectively. Developing S.M.A.R.T. Goals

  The desire I have when I enter the educational field is to teach early education (Kindergarten through Third or Fourth Grade). In my current position working with adults who have either physical or developmental disabilities oftentimes although the guys are adults (over the age of 18) developmentally their comprehension can be compared to individuals with the level of understanding ranging from a toddler to a teenager. This would not be a one fits all solution, but it is a solution that can be altered to address multiple levels and subjects of learning.   Developing a game that functions in the same way as a hidden object game or a point and click game. It does not have to be as complicated graphically as many AAA games played on consoles or other gaming machines. These games can contain simple images and characters to guide them through the game and award them with scores. Technology Integration Framework

  My current organization provides limited access to some of our residents. These restrictions are imposed either due to court order, restriction ordered by their psychiatric team, or due to the residents own level of comprehension in using technology. So going forward we will explore these issues in relation to what the schools in Sequoyah County schools outline within their technology integration frameworks.             For the school which I would most like to serve when I become qualified to teach, Central Public School, is not something I can access through standard search procedures without having direct access to their policies and practices.
